Reseller Agreement

Mikokos Wholesale invests considerable time, effort, and resources to ensure the quality of its products and protect the integrity of its brand, name, and reputation. To maintain these standards, all authorized distributors must adhere to the following brand and quality control guidelines:

1. Sales to end users only
   Resellers must clearly and prominently indicate on each Mikokos Wholesale product listing that the products are intended exclusively for purchase and use by end users . "End user" means the person or entity that purchases a Mikokos Wholesale product for personal or internal use, and not for further resale, remarketing, or distribution.
2. Independent business relationship
   Resellers must clearly state that they are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Mikokos Wholesale. They are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of Mikokos Wholesale or to bind the company in any way.
3. Quality control and warranty limitations
   Each product listing must include the following information regarding Mikokos Wholesale's quality control standards:
   • Any resale, remarketing, or distribution outside of the authorized purchaser will void Mikokos Wholesale's satisfaction guarantee.
   • Any express or implied warranty provided by Mikokos Wholesale will no longer be valid if the product is resold outside of the approved distribution network.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your reseller agreement and loss of authorization to distribute Mikokos Wholesale products.
