Account Confirmation
To process your warranty, please contact us using the email address linked to your Mikokos Wholesale account, which is where you purchased the product, by writing to sales@mikokos.com .
Shipping Damage
Occasionally, due to shipping and handling, a product's packaging may arrive damaged, scratched, and/or torn on one side. This is beyond Mikokos Wholesale 's control, so we cannot honor the warranty on damaged packaging. However, if the product has been damaged due to mishandling of the packaging or there is a missing item in your purchase, the warranty applies on a case-by-case basis.
To validate any warranty claims for shipping mishandling or missing items, please file a report with us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Handling and Shipping
We will cover the handling and shipping costs for products covered by Mikokos Wholesale 's warranty.
To honor any warranty, you may be required to return the product(s) with their box, manuals, and all parts. This will be done at the discretion of customer service in each case.
Return for Satisfaction
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you have 30 days after the date of receipt of your order to request your satisfaction guarantee. Requests made after 30 days of receipt will not be honored.
Limitations
- To be processed, all warranties must be previously accepted by our customer service through official contact channels (email or WhatsApp with the number registered during the purchase).
- Mikokos Wholesale will not refund products returned without first contacting and reviewing customer service.
- Mikokos Wholesale only offers guarantees to customers who made their purchases at https://wholesale.mikokos.com/ .
- If the customer purchased their products from a third party, we offer assistance with the situation. However, resolution may be limited in these cases, as these policies are exclusive to our online store.
